Our KIRTAN class is a heart-opening devotional practice rooted in the ancient tradition of sacred chant. Led by Bay Area kirtan musician Mirabai Warkulwiz of Mirabai & Friends, this experience invites participants to sing repetitive mantras and soulful compositions together, using sound as a pathway into meditation, presence, and connection.
The practice is primarily seated, with chant sheets and mantra meanings provided to support both newcomers and seasoned practitioners. The class closes with a grounding Savasana, allowing the vibrations of the practice to settle, leaving you feeling open-hearted, peaceful, and deeply connected.
