Community Yoga Class with Mirabai at the Almonte Clubhouse

My intention for this class is to impart true yoga knowledge, study different asanas (postures) in depth, refine alignment & get to know each other in our community.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PROPS

2 blocks, strap, yoga blanket or bolster for Sivasana. It is a rustic venue, build in 1948 yet we have heat and a sound system, plenty of light, and outdoor patio for breath work, meditation and for brief conversations after class.

Parking there’s 8 spots total. Some students may need to park on Almonte Blvd and do a quick 5 minute walk up Wisteria.

( If this class builds, I will consider also holding class Mondays 12:30pm into 2027 to build more continuity)
