Cloudbreak Yoga Opening Party featuring Mirabai & friends

Free for all!
Join Cloudbreak Yoga to celebrate our opening with at an outdoor party at waterfront Dunphy Park, directly across the street from the studio-
Mirabai & friends will be hosting a kirtan/folk concert from 3:30-4:30pm.
There will also be a healthy food truck, refreshing drinks, games, and prizes.

Outdoor Yoga & Silent Meditation Hike in Tennessee Valley
Saturday, Nov. 6th: 4:15pm-6:15pm
Meet at Tennessee Valley parking lot by the picnic tables in the grassy for a barefoot yoga stretch. (no mats needed)
As a socially distanced group we caterpillar up a a beautiful trail and enjoy a reflective silent walk and meditate during sunset.
Please bring a head lamp/flash light and warm layers and something to sit on for meditation. Advanced registration is necessary.
