Devotional Kirtan

at the Sivananda Center

with Mirabai and Friends

The evening includes a 15 minute silent meditation, traditional Sivananda "daily chants", and then Mirabai, together with multi-instrumentalist Timothy Surya Das, tamboura player PJ, and others, will lead call & response Kirtan melodies to help lift your energy and vibration.
Mirabai planted her yoga, chanting, and meditation roots in San Francisco at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in 1998.  Her natural love for kirtan is infectious and inspiring.
